What methods of payment do we accept?

We accept payment by bank card, PayPal, Stripe or bank transfer.

How to start learning?

After receipt of payment, within 3 working days the registration data for access to the personal account of the student of our language center will be sent to you by e-mail.

How can I take a language knowledge level test?

The payment of the course/classes online includes the right to take a language knowledge level test.

Can I obtain a certificate of the centre of the corresponding language knowledge level?

All students who have attended classes on a regular basis and have completed and passed the tests during the course development will obtain a certificate issued by our centre of the corresponding language knowledge level.

What are the working hours of the Language center?

Language center maintains business hours from 10:00 till 14:00 and from 16:00 till 20:00 (Spain, The Canary Islands time) according to the  work calendar, respecting the national and regional festivals.

How can I refund of the fee of a course if I decided to terminate the course?

The student has a right to request partial refund of the fee of a course. The student's decision to terminate the course must be notified to Language center the day before the request to leave. The termination request must be communicated in person or by phone/WhatsApp to the centre administrator.
